Strategy

• MLP seeks to establish relations with the management of potential tenant companies during the very early stages of establishing the complex. By doing so, MLP will develop a better understanding of its customer's mindset and objectives. Furthermore MLP will be in a much better position to meet client requirements, providing efficient distribution solutions.
• MLP is constantly looking for innovative solutions to effectively address potential storage problems for tenants, as well as to reduce logistics costs.

Highly qualified Russian and foreign specialists with extensive experience in all stages: from design to construction, from rental to building management, from project finance to cost control.

Combined experience is in excess of 150 years in the commercial real estate market.
