Description, Location
MLP Leningradskiy Terminal is the first major logistics project in Russia that meets modern international standards.
The complex area is 197 350 m2 of grade A warehouses and office space.
Location
MLP Leningradsky Terminal is located on Leningradsky Highway (M10), 13 km north-west of the Moscow Ring Road (MKAD). The M10 is a major goods transportation corridor, connecting Moscow to St. Petersburg and further to Finland and Western Europe. Sheremetievo Terminals 1 & 2 are 5 km from the site.
The project, with 2 km of frontage along the highway, is both highly visible and accessible through 3 independent access points.
