MLP Novosibirsk
Description, Location
MLP Novosibirsk is MLP's first project in Siberia. The complex will be a transport-distribution hub between the Central, Ural and Siberian federal districts and China.
Total area is 124 000 m2.
Site area is 22 ha.
Design phase is completed. Excavations have been made. Building permission has been received.
Location
The site of MLP Novosibirsk is located near the Ob Hydro Power Plant and Michurinsk settlement, on Proezd Avtomobilistov, close to the Sovetskoye Highway, which is the main transport highway of Novosibirsk Region. A separate railway track is provided on-site.
